Access Microsoft Access
Access is a database tool for gathering and understanding all of your information—such as phone numbers, inventory and even guest lists—providing a convenient way to enter, navigate, and report your data.

Excel Microsoft Excel
Excel is a spreadsheet application typically used to display and manipulate numerical data. Microsoft Excel provides data organization and analysis tools that enables you to sort, extract and generate charts from spreadsheet data.

Outlook Microsoft Outlook
The Outlook desktop application is the world's most popular application for reading email, managing a calendar, and connecting to people. The Outlook desktop application works with both your personal and work email.

PowerPoint Microsoft PowerPoint
PowerPoint enables users to create dynamic, informational slides through the use of text, graphics, and animation. Slide presentations created with the software are often displayed on projection screens for business, training or educational presentations.

Project Microsoft Project
Microsoft Project allows users to understand and control project schedules and finances, communicate and present project information, and to ensure that projects are completed on schedule.

Publisher Microsoft Publisher
Publisher is a desktop publishing software package that helps in creating—as well as publishing—different types of materials, such as newsletters, brochures, catalogs, postcards, and calendars.

Publisher Microsoft SharePoint Foundation
SharePoint Foundation provides a tool to quickly create many types of sites where employees can collaborate on Web pages, documents, lists, calendars, and data.

Visio Microsoft Visio
Visio is a diagramming tool that can be used to visually communicate technical as well as non-technical representations of ideas, processes, charts, structures, layouts, software models, blueprints and more.

Word Microsoft Word
Microsoft Word is a software application that allows users to perform word processing to create documents such as letters, invitations, term papers, flyers, resumes, and novels.

Microsoft Windows 7
Microsoft Windows 7 is a desktop operating system. Explore its interface, identify the different components in the interface, customize the Windows 7 desktop, manage files and folders, use the common tools and programs available in Windows 7.

Microsoft Windows 8
Microsoft Windows 8 is the most recent Windows desktop operating system. Explore Windows 8 and learn how to create documents, send email, browse the Internet, and share information between applications and with other users.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that there is no charge for cancellations or withdrawals up to 10 business days prior to the start date. Non-attendance (“no show”) or withdrawals received less than 10 business days before the program will result in a charge to your department. However, you will have up to six (6) months to retake the class.

In compliance with the BHMT student agreement, should you not complete your program successfully or drop the course after the first week, you will not be able to participate in any Trust program for a period of twelve months. You may meet with a career counselor to discuss the issues that led to your inability to successfully complete the program should you wish to request an exception to this policy.
